Hello I filled out for a sams card and they say I need to put in a code they emailed me but when I got code the spot to insert code was gone. Not sure what to do?

This is what I found on their website: “Free whole 16” cheese, pepperoni or four-meat pizza must be redeemed by April 13, 2025, at a Café register or with Scan & Go Café ordering in club as long as active member in good standing.” Which to me translates to as long as your membership is activated, you’ll be able to redeem it right away.
