That’s a rule at Walgreens. For example, if you have a product for $0.99 and you have a coupon for $1, you can’t use the coupon on that item because its the coupon value exceeds the price of the item by a penny.

Yes, it may be regional sale at select stores. 🙁 Did you price check at the store? Sometimes, even if a sale isn’t labeled, it may ring up at the sales price.

There is a link that takes you to the JCPenny site. And once on JCPenny, there’s a (not very obvious) link that says “Print Store Coupon”.
